I train in the BC Endurance Project under Richard Lee, who coaches other Nuun ambassador athletes. My passion for running started at age 7 when I competed in my first track meet. I was hooked on the sport and am fortunate to be competing 20+ years later at a high level over 5km and 10km distances, with plans to run longer distances in the future.


My personal Bests: 10,000 track - 29:53 (Portland Track Festival 2015) 5,000 track - 14:11 (Payton Jordan/Stanford 2010) 10,000 road - 30:32 (Vancouver Sun Run 2013) 5,000 road - 14:43 (Canadian 5k Championships 2015) Competed for Canada in the BoulderBolder 10k in 2013 Multiple National Championship team member for Canadian XC Top 10 Ranking in Canada multiple years over 5/10k Full scholarship throughout university for track and field Multiple BC Championship winner over 5k and 10k, 2015 5k winner
