I started on my fitness journey like many: to lose weight. I decided to run because it was something I could do at any time. That turned into a 5k race and I never looked back. My goals for 2016 are to qualify for the Boston Marathon and to toe the line on my first triathlon. While I'm an endurance athlete, I'm a real person as well: a mum, a career-woman and a wife. Somehow I fit it all in and a product like NUUN makes it easy for me to get quality recovery without thinking about it.
